  • PURCHASING FIREARMS ONLINE

    It is illegal to ship firearms to anyone NOT holding an active Federal Firearms License (FFL). For that reason, firearms purchased online, through email, or by phone must be shipped to an FFL (gun store) near you. We will contact and verify the FFL you select during checkout before we ship your firearm(s). The buyer is encouraged to contact the receiving FFL licensee before purchase to understand that FFL's policies on transfers.  All transfer fees and background checks are the purchaser's responsibility to pay to the FFL they choose to use for the transfer process.

  • How old must you be to purchase a gun?  You MUST be 21 years of age.
  • RETURNS

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 business days of purchase.

    Sales on the following items are final:

    1. Special orders.
    2. Products sold "as is" or "used" or that have been installed or used after receipt.
    3. NFA items.
    4. Illumination devices, electronic sights and optics.

    Firearm & Ammunition Returns

    General Merchandise – Other Than Firearms or Ammunition 

    Spirit Arms LLC wants you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, please return the item(s) for an exchange or refund. All returns of non-firearms/non-ammo must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. We don’t accept returns or exchanges after the 7-day period. All returned items must be in the original condition you received them in. We do NOT accept blemished items for return or exchange. This includes products that were OPENED and USED. Note that the shipping fee is not refundable, which includes shipment to you and the return shipping. Before returning an item please call us at 561-537-1555 to speak to a Spirit Arms representative, this way we can send you an RMA shipping label and keep proper track of your return.  Restocking fee is 30% on any item coming back to us.

    Please return the items in the original shipping container with original packing materials and confirm that the label returns to:

    • All returns require a 1-2 week processing period.
    • We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

  • Firearms and Ammunition Returns
    Spirit Arms LLC does NOT accept returns of FIREARMS (and AMMUNITION) after they have been transferred to the consumer. Both types of items can be susceptible to tampering or damage once they have been transferred to the end-user. Therefore, when a firearm or any ammunition is transferred to the consumer (you), it is considered used, even if unfired, and consequently cannot be returned. Firearms found to be damaged or defective, prior to the transfer, are returnable according to the conditions stated below. All ammunition is non-returnable and non-refundable, without exception. Before you proceed with an online firearm purchase, please review the order thoroughly to make sure it is the correct item and is deliverable by law. If the wrong firearm is sent to your FFL dealer/you, it must be refused, or returned within 7 days, given the firearm never left the hands of the dealer. Once it is transferred into your hands, it cannot be returned. Please note that we do not reimburse any background check and/or transfer fees charged by the FFL dealer that transfers the firearm to you. Those transactions must be negotiated between the FFL dealer and yourself. All un-transferred firearm returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. The restocking fee can only be waived by a representative of Spirit Arms LLC, under very limited conditions.

  • Damaged or Defective Firearms

    BEFORE THE FIREARM(S) IS TRANSFERRED TO YOU:
    Firearm returns can be accepted for those found to be damaged or defective immediately upon receipt by the dealer, but before the transfer to the consumer (you) takes place. It is very important that you take your time to thoroughly inspect your firearm(s) BEFORE proceeding with the transfer. Once a firearm has been transferred to you, it CANNOT be returned to Spirit Arms LLC. If the defect(s) is found BEFORE the transfer, then Spirit Arms LLC will do an equal replacement of the firearm (subject to availability and applicable fees). Spirit Arms LLC will not refund the shipping or transfer fees originally incurred on the purchase; however, we will cover return shipping fees/costs. If purchased through an online FFL dealer, damaged or defective firearms must be returned to the FFL dealer within 7 days, or a 30% restocking fee will be charged to the consumer. If purchased from Spirit Arms LLC, damaged or defective firearms must be returned to us before leaving the store on the date of the transfer.

    AFTER THE FIREARM(S) IS TRANSFERRED TO YOU:
    Once a firearm has been transferred to the consumer (you), it CANNOT be returned to Spirit Arms LLC.  After the transfer, Spirit Arms LLC cannot refund the purchase price. We understand that some manufacturer defects/problems may not be identifiable upon initial inspection. However, if the defect(s) is found AFTER the transfer, the firearm must be returned directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair, subject to that manufacturer’s policies. Spirit Arms LLC will help you by providing contact information to firearm manufacturers, to facilitate any warranty repairs or returns to them. By sending a defective firearm directly to the manufacturer, you can avoid the unnecessary shipping and transfer fees of any attempt to return the firearm to us.

  • USED FIREARMS

    Used firearms may not be returned. All sales are final. Description and photos (if available) are provided by the seller.

  • GENERAL FIREARM SALES

    All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering.

    All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer's box, with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty. Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the factory within 1 year of purchase for repair. Accessories and special order items not normally sold by our store will not be covered under warranty even if these products are part of an integrated firearms package, unless we have guaranteed the entire package in writing. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all accessories and special order items.

  • SECURE TRANSMISSION

    All information collected during the checkout process is transmitted via industry standard Transport Layer Security (TLS). A Transport Layer Security (TLS) Certificate (or SSL Certificate) creates an encrypted connection between a Web site and a visitor's Web browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the Web site and the browser remains private and secure.

  • ORDER FULFILLMENT

    All orders are shipped promptly from a distributor warehouse or in-store inventory within 3 - 10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS, FedEx, and USPS and will typically be added to the final PAID invoice for your records.

  • Can I place an order and pick it up at your business address? 
    All orders must be shipped to the consumer directly or an FFL dealer.  Local pick-ups are only done at the South Florida Fairgrounds Gun Show when we are vending there.   FIREARMS ONLY:  We must ship firearms to an FFL dealer that you choose.  Firerams CANNOT be shipped directly to a consumer.

  • My order has already shipped. Can I have the delivery address changed?
    We cannot change the shipping address for orders that have already gone out or been processed through the online store. Changing the shipping address for direct orders made through phone or email may also change the shipping cost.  Please be aware that an additional payment may have to be made.

  • ONLINE PRICE & DESCRIPTION

    Online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item's description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer's credit card or we will refund the money.

  • AMMUNITION PURCHASES

    You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations.

  • Having trouble with your credit card or payment info?
    Your card might be declined for various reasons. Please check to make sure that the name and address entered in the “Billing Information” field are entered exactly as this information appears on the statements you receive from the issuing bank or financial institution. Also, confirm that the credit card number, expiration date and card verification number are correct. If this doesn’t work, please contact your issuing bank or financial institution to verify your information, and make sure there are no holds placed on your account.

    Will I be charged sales tax?
    Spirit Arms LLC is required to collect 7% sales tax on orders being shipped to a Florida location. 

    Is your site secure?
